• Gift Cards are delivered by email first to the purchaser so that you may send this on to recipient at the most suitable time.
  
  
• Once email is received and send now Icon is clicked on by purchaser, the recipient will receive their virtual gift card in their inbox along with instructions for redemption.
  
  
• Gift Card message is limited to 150 characters
  
  
• Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  
  
• Online purchased Gift Cards are valid exclusively for use through the Lucy Folk website & stores.
  
  
• All Lucy Folk gift vouchers are non refundable. 

Orders placed before 11am AEST, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same business day. Please note, made to order pieces will be dispatched upon the completion of their design.

Full-priced apparel and selected jewellery is eligible for an exchange or credit note within 14 days of receiving order.

Bespoke & Made-to-order jewellery is considered final sale and cannot be returned for a credit note or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Accessories are also considered final sale and are unable to be returned unless deemed faulty.
