We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. 5. Products and Pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars and may not include delivery charges. Import duties, customs, and local taxes may apply. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

6. Click & Collect

Click & collect is available in selected metro areas of Melbourne, Victoria. Please note click & collect may not be available during promotional periods.

Orders placed before 11am AEST Monday - Friday will be available for pick up from 3:00pm - 5:00pm on the date of order, or alternatively the following business day at 10:00am - 5:00pm at the Lucy Folk Salon.

Orders placed Friday- Sunday will be available for pick up 3:00pm - 5:00pm the following Monday.

Once you receive your pickup confirmation, please proceed to Windsor Salon at your earliest convenience, with the confirmation ready to show staff for collection of your order.


7. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a credit note or refund. Products must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. For swimwear all tags and hygiene stickers need to be attached to be eligible for return, Please ensure all packaging is included in the return. Products will undergo quality control checks by our Customer Experience (CX) team before the return is processed. Returns will be processed within 2 business days of being delivered to us. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Lucy Folk advises that international customers ship their returns via registered post to ensure traceability upon the orders arrival in our studio.


8. Orders, Billing & Delivery

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit quantities per person, or per order. Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. Risk and title pass to you upon delivery.

9. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You must not provide personal information of another person without their consent.

10. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

22. Online Archive Sale 2024

All Online Archive Sale are final, with no exchanges or refunds. Gift wrapping services are not available. Shipping costs are not included in the item prices and will be calculated and added at checkout. Items are sold "as is," so please review descriptions and images carefully before making a purchase. Orders are processed in the order they are received; please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
