Domestic Shipping

For orders under $1000, we offer express shipping at a flat fee of $10.

For orders over $1000, we provide complimentary express shipping.

Direct signature is required.

Authority to leave is available.

Delivery times:

Metro: 1–3 business days

Regional: 2–5 business days

Click & Collect

This service is complimentary and orders placed using click & collect are usually ready within 24 hours, subject to store stock.

Dispatch

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria. Orders are not dispatched on any Victorian or National Holidays. 

Orders placed on business days (Monday-Friday) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday) will be processed and shipped the following Monday. 

Same Day Delivery

All same day delivery orders include full tracking information, communicated via email at the time of dispatch, and require a signature upon delivery.

Please note: same day delivery is not available during promotional periods.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide.

New Zealand:

Orders over $1,500 AUD receive complimentary delivery.

Orders under $1,500 AUD are subject to a flat rate of $30 AUD.

All Other Countries:

Orders over $1,500 AUD receive complimentary delivery.

Orders under $1,500 AUD are subject to a flat rate of $50 AUD.

Customers may also select Priority Service at $100 AUD.

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

For all international shipments, we offer prepaid duties and taxes so there are no unexpected fees when your parcel arrives. At checkout, you’ll see a clear breakdown of your full landed cost, including shipping.

For U.S. customers, please note:

Customs may require your Social Security Number (SSN) to clear your parcel. This is a standard process for jewellery and higher-value goods entering the U.S.

If you prefer not to provide your SSN, we recommend not proceeding with your purchase, as your parcel is unlikely to be cleared and therefore cannot be delivered

Authority to Leave

As a standard practice, all shipments from Lucy Folk are delivered with a signature required to ensure the protection of your package and to confirm it reaches the correct recipient.

This is especially important given the value and quality of our products. However, we understand that flexibility is important. If you prefer to have your shipment left in a safe place, you have the option to authorise Australia Post to do so. Please note that once this authorisation is provided, any incidents or issues that occur after the package is left at your specified location will not be the responsibility of Australia Post or Lucy Folk
