Orders placed before 11am AEST, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same business day. Please note, made to order pieces will be dispatched upon the completion of their design.

Full-priced apparel and selected jewellery is eligible for an exchange or credit note within 14 days of receiving order.

Bespoke & Made-to-order jewellery is considered final sale and cannot be returned for a credit note or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Accessories are also considered final sale and are unable to be returned unless deemed faulty.
