Derived from ancient Indian traditions, and rooted in spiritual and metaphysical beliefs, our chakras are believed to be spinning wheels of energy that align from our base to the crown of our head. We widely recognise seven key chakras associated with creativity, love, communication and more – where the balance and flow of energy through these chakras are believed to influence one's overall state of being and spirit.
A kaleidoscopic love of colour led to concepting a piece of jewellery that nurtured the very essence of colour and balance originally bought to life in the Arco Iris Resort 21 collection.
It isn’t merely just ring, it is an oracle of balance, a guardian of energy flow. A beacon that motions seekers to embrace a spectrum of hues that illuminate the soul.
The ring's very structure was designed as an assemblage of gemstones, a tribute to the exquisite nuances of the chakras. Precious rubies, coloured sapphires and tsavorite garnet and amethyst created a facet of the cosmic puzzle, aligned with each chakra.
We start at the base, the Root Chakra, presented as a ruby, cloaked in a hue of deep red, grounding you in courage and stability. Ascending to the Sacral and Solar Plexus emerges a playful beam of orange and yellow, radiant as a golden sunrise casting warmth, confidence and empowerment over the wearer.
Venture further north, and we arrive at the verdant Heart Chakra – the lifeblood of this piece of jewellery, represented by tsavorite garnet, a calming shade of green that brings forth tender emotions and compassion. The Throat Chakra unfurls like the deep blue ocean celebrated in a mesmerising sapphire echoing the fluidity of honest expression.
We continue the journey upward, the Third Eye Chakra, awakened in hues of indigo amethyst. Finally, the Crown Chakra puts the finishing touch on your voyage with an incandescent white sapphire, connecting you to cosmic wisdom and the mysteries beyond.
