As the radiant sun shone down on Bondi, the much-anticipated launch of our latest summer swimwear collaboration kicked off. This joyous occasion marking not only the first day of summer but the culmination of 12 months of meticulous design and creativity.

Lucy Folk's collaboration with renowned Italian brand, LIDO embodies a profound homage to the female form, adorning it with clean, elegant silhouettes crafted from the finest fabrics. These meticulously designed pieces encapsulate the essence of summer, and a life lived under the sun.

The event, held in our Bondi boutique ‘PLAYA’, welcomed some of Lucy’s closest friends and family. They indulged in the pleasures of an Italian summer including aperitivos by Campari and snacks in the form of an oversized parmesan block shaved into chunks. As they chatted in the warmth of the sun, and shared stories their connection to the Italian summer – it was a moment of joy.

Always adding an artful element to project, this was no exception. The boutique windows were transformed and bought to life by the skilled hand of local artist Carla Uriate. Inspired by the collection and the essence of both brands, her artistry formed hand-drawn bold stripes and summer motifs. Inside the store, designer Felix Grech created oversized columns and blocks that were stacked as a central feature to room taking inspiration from the stone architecture and monuments of ancient Rome.

As the sun set on Bondi, marking the end of a spectacular evening, it left in its wake a sense of anticipation for the upcoming summer season—a time when Lucy Folk's swimwear collection will seen across Australia and celebrate the female form.
